30 minute session where Alan will talk to you about the key foundational health principles in order to achieve optimum wellbeing. You will also get a chance to talk to Alan about your health and fitness goals and any concerns you may have about your current state of health.
60 minute session where Alan will carry out assessments on your posture, spine and flexibility. Bad posture is all too common these days causing huge physical loads on the body. Alan will work to identify what your body needs to perform optimally be at work or during sport and exercise. Alan will also assess your Body fat and blood pressure.
